Negotiation Training Workshops

We can custom design a training program to meet the unique needs of the participants.

We have conducted in-house training programs for many clients including:

  • Advanced Negotiation Training for the Law Institute of Victoria

  • Effective Complaints Handling and Negotiation, a 1 day course conducted around the country for ABN AMRO.

  • Advanced Negotiation Training, a postgraduate subject for La Trobe University (for LLM, MBA and other students)

  • Managing Challenging Situations Workshop, for the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman

Our training courses are fun, interactive and educational.  We use a variety of tools to stimulate and inspire participants to change the way they negotiate; including, video, powerpoint, exercises, roleplays, discussion, fishbowl and demonstration by the course leader.

We recommend a maximum of 24 participants.  Workshops can work well with 8 or more.

"Nina Harding and Dr Jane Elix did an excellent job of bringing together five disparate UNSW student organisations to recognise common interests and plan for a vibrant student experience under VSU.
