Online Complaint Handling Training

We have recently closed our online training business.  If you have been a fan of our online modules, we apologise that they are no longer on offer.

We are hoping to put some of our online modules online shortly.

A TV style format makes modules engaging and informative. Our modules feature realistic footage of real complaint handlers and complainants.
