Our online modules are designed to provide low cost and effective training for call centre and frontline staff.

Our FrontlineComplaint.com modules are:

  • entertaining and engaging for staff who manage complaints;
  • 20 minute modules available at anytime day or night; and
  • eight different modules that are relevant to anyone handling complaints.

A TV style format makes modules engaging and informative. Our modules feature realistic footage of real complaint handlers and complainants.
